Audition Information

Any Millersville University student may participate in the marching band, and wind players do not need to audition for their desired instrument. While part auditions are not required for members, any member may audition for a first part in their section.

The battery and front ensemble have limited instrumentation. Students who are not placed in these components are welcome to join the band in a wind position. Visit the Percussion Page and stay tuned for audition information for next season!

The color guard and twirling line have some requirements in certain sections. The flag line is open to beginners and experienced members. The rifle line, the sabre line, and the twirling line are open to experienced members in those areas only.
